1. Place your heel against the wall on a sheet of paper. (without pressing on the wall, imagine that it is inside the sneakers).

2. Trace your foot, draw a line at the longest point (from heel to toe). Measure the other foot, normally one is bigger than the other.

3. Measure with a ruler in CM and consult our table. Choose the longest measurement.
